The FCC revealed the documents of the M250 phone a clamshell with internal antenna, stereo speakers in the hinge, and large QVGA swiveling display suitable for watching mobile television as the phone will probably be the first MediaFlo (Qualcomm's technology for digital media broadcasting) phone in the US. Neither Samsung, nor Sprint have announced anything yet, but it will be the latter that will provide the phone when it is available, if we judge by the model name (SPH-) and the Sprint PCS logo on it.
