Great package!

I took the "risk" and purchased this phone via Cingular's web site shortly after is was released in August 2006; the phone was not to be sold in stores. The phone has great features, great battery life and hyper-fast data. The 3G network works great on this phone. I don't use the phone's streaming video capabilities but regular web usage is real fast. The battery life is still great-- after over 1.5 years I still get like 4 hours talk time. It would have been nice to have a color external screen but it probably wouldn't have been as easy to view in direct sunlight (when compared to the B&W screen it has). I do a ton of text messaging and the quality of the phone is still great (keypad still works great, all buttons functioning just fine). Also, I learned how to make my own ringtones and backgrounds and use a 1GB microSD card to put them on the phone. The phone also has a media player that I can listen to MP3s on! After hearing some negative feedback about certain Samsung products, I must say that the SGH-ZX20 is the best phone I've had!

I'm an IT professional I got this phone for it's ability to sync with outlook and it was one of the first 3G phones out. I paid $199.00 to Cingular to be one of the first to have it. The design is about 5 years old, there is realy only standard features, the outside display is black and white. Call quality is pretty good and the outlook sync over blue tooth work well. But I say save you money, becouse there is 20 other phones with the same features as this one for less.
