We received information on the new Samsung U620, Verizon will launch as their phone featuring mobile television based on the MediaFlo technology the CDMA carriers in the States will use. The phone is in slider form factor with design, resembling the D600 GSM phone; it features include: EV-DO, 1.3-megapixel camera with flash, QVGA 240x320 display, and support for stereo sound over Bluetooth. Its internal memory can be expanded via microSD cards.
