Samsung Omnia CDMA Review
Verizon Wireless
The Samsung Omnia i910 for Verizon Wireless is almost an exact clone of the GSM variant we reviewed earlier this summer. It is an impressive device, combining a large 3.2-inch touch-sensitive display and 5MP autofocus camera with the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system...

I just picked up the omnia on friday when it first came out. It's an amazing phone loaded with more features i thought it wouldn't even have. It still gets a little laggy once in a while which i don't like.. But other then that its the best phone. If you have 3G your going to love it. It can go on youtube, download movies, and pretty much everything you ever wanted to do :-). It also has GPS, podcasts, and the widgetizer thing is amazing sometimes just for fun i sit there and flick the icon back and forth from the side bar. This is an amazing phone
Accelorometer
3G is amazing
5.0 MP Camera
Widgetizer
PodCasts
Opera Browser
Touch Screen
Optical Mouse TOO!Still Laggy when texting and when using multiple browsing windows
Phone turns on in my pocket. (They should of made a lock screen like iphone)
3G signal randomly gets disconnected
Will report back with more info

this phone is truly an all in one phone. the touch wiz was a great idea but the the performance of the touch screen is not the best but it is still good and the stylus was stupid it looks so ugly hanging from that string thing. it also has SMILE recognition which i thaught was kinda wierd but its just an extra
all in all im going to get this phone it amazed me when i saw its feature and i thaught the design was very sleek and thin
GET THIS PHONE ITS AWSOME
to much to sayugly stylus
ok touch performance

I receivedmy phone on Nov 28th. I am very impressed with this device. Its an innovative winmo phone with great form factor and interface. The optical mouse is great, very easy to use. The touch media player is very finger friendly and can play back dvd quality movies. I am watching Dark Knight (pirated) on it right now and its awesome! The 5mp camera is great, although I will concede that is doesn't quite live up to expectations. Touch wiz is a fun interface and definitely ands excitement to a normally stale winmo experience.
I think I will be sticking with this device. I upgraded from a voyager wanting something not quite as bulky and something a lot more responsive than the storm ( I am not a fan.) and I found what I wanted. I am just waiting to see if I like the touch pro better.
Right now I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a touch phone on Verizon Wireless and wants the customization available with winmo 6.1
Hope this review is helpful to you if you are on the fence.
Touch Wiz UI.
Opera Mobile Browser ( Best mobile browser out there imho).
WIFI.
Touch Media Player is very easy to use.
Great sound quality on calls.
Email is a breeze with winmo 6.1Battery life hasn't been spectacular, but I have been using the heck out of the phone.
Stylus can be a bit annoying hanging off of the side of the phone.
Uses proprietary interface instead of mini or micro usb.
No dedicated headset jack.

-Wifi (sometimes it disconnects)-signal strenth is not that good (Omnia 1 bar & Dare 3 bars)
-OS is slow

I received this phone today at noon and it was shipped back by 3 pm. The phone is a great concept but the OS is horrible. It slowed down to such a pace that I thought it had froze many times. I thought the widgets were a great idea until I used them. They have to be drug back to the main screen to use. Clicking on them in the side view does nothing. Wifi did not work for me. It would not turn on at all. The paper work says it may not work with all wireless routers. Guess I'm just lucky like that!! o the big feature-the camera. 5 mp on a phone- great....but close pictures with flash made them way too light and with any distance I lost the quality of the pics I tried to take of my dogs. The time to take from the time you push the button wasn't bad (much faster than the Storms) but still too slow for any live shots. The accelerometer would stick and show half portrait and half lndscape mode.
Almost makes you forget its a Windows Mobile phone.
Nice camera
cool enterface
nice designs when switching from portrait to landscape mode.It is a Windows mobile device
SLOW
Accelerometer is below par
