21. Good phone, Crap Battery

I got this phone just a little over 3 days ago, and I have to say

that this phone is amazing to type on. The keys are nicely spaced

and have a good texture to them. The phone feels very well built,

and still fits easily into my pocket. The camera is decent, and the

speakers are loud. The screen's resolution isn't bad... but could

be better. It only has 1 programable shortcut key and its only limited

to IM, Email, Messages, and Create Message; still its not hard to

move around the phone. However the battery on this phone is absolute

crap. It takes a little over 2 hours to charge... and yet it takes just

over 2 hours for it to deplete from 5 bars to 1 bar. When charging it

heats up to... not sure what thats about but if Samsung would fix

the battery then this would be a very nice and affordable phone.

Pros

- Great Keyboard
- Nice looking design
- Fits in my pockets, but could be thinner
- Not high end, but who needs all those extra features?

Cons

- Battery... can't hold its charge and takes to long to charge
- Screen resolution a bit low
- Lacks shortcuts
- Hard to view pictures, videos, and music from memory card

Really wanted to get the white Gravity phone as it looked great but went thru five of them in three days with the battery overheating in all five...had to settle for a green trim one as they ran out....works great but the battery will not keep a charge for more than two hours....at least it doesn't go into melt down mode....really would be great if the battery worked a tid bit baetter....

Pros

qwerty board, messaging, music, video ringtones and camera

Cons

battery sucks big time....will not hold charge or goes into melt down mode...

Great Phone !!! got for christmas and so far so good .

Nice sound and fancy swift keyboard

Cons

Cant choose your own message tones wich is a bummer and the ones its preset with suck :(

This phone is amazing !!!!!! i love the full keyboard and the sound is excellent =)

Nice keyboard, Decent battery

Cons

Cant choose your own message tones witch sucks like crap, and phonezoo wont work unless you have the web plan.

I just got my Samsung Gravity 2 days ago and the first thing i notice is the battery life sucks!! I called T Mobile and they told me to change how long my backlight is on and dim my phone but doesn't work they need to send out extended batteries to the Gravity users. Other than that the phone is great

great for texting. good security, allows u to have password to view ur texts, im's and phone book

Battery life sucks!!!

yess,i really love this phonee! but yup the baterry is bad.I had to charge it 2 times in one day,when its fully charged.Also i would really like it if you can pick your own tones for when you get a txt message.You can record something then can put it as a ringtone when someone calls.My other phone would let you put recorded sounds as message tones.But other than tht this phone is AWSOME! got for christmas(:

27. I really like my phone!

My husband bought me this phone for Christmas and I really like it. It has alot of nice features and it looks cool. I find myself showing it off to everyone I know. The sliding part is nice. I like using the keyboard even though it's a bit small. I'm having a bit of an issue with the battery. It just seems to die so fast. My old phones would last up to 3 days on a full charge. But, this one, will only last a day. I don't use it constantly, and still have to re-charge it every night. I spoke with a Tmobile rep. and she told me to let the battery drain completely and then to re-charge it and this would make it last longer. I did it but it did't make a difference. Neverthelass, I still love this phone. It also looks nice in the clear plastic case I got for it. The quality of the photos it takes is also pretty good. I would recommend this phone to everyone.

This phone is pretty sweet. Its got the fancy keyboard and it definitely looks cool. There's some things that aren't so great also. The feedback on the keyboard is kind of squishy and could use some improvements. Its a little cramped but you get used to it. Also the battery life sucks. It will last forever if its just lying around but if your constantly texting or talking it drains pretty fast (even with the brightness turned down all the way). Yet i would still recommend it.

I totally love this phone! I just got for christmas from my parents and it is the best thing in the world. It  has everything that I need. I can't say anything bad about it because its so COOL!
