Sales of smartphones with open source operating systems to double until 2014

Finally, the team comes to the conlusion that the manufacturer´s choice of particular operating system is to become of increased importance in terms of gaining market share, which is to become more closely connected to how easy it is to create applications for the specific platform. This will ultimately lead to both developers and consumers turning the table on manufacturers with the former laying down the terms. Sounds pretty logical to us, what about you?
