I really like this phone... it's small light weight, easy to use, and good looking but, I am on my second one because of the middle button. It is basically the main button and works great until it splits down the middle. When I was first considering getting this phone I read the reviews and some talked about the middle button splitting but i didn't think that it would happen to me. I used it for a while and it worked great but when the middle button broke it was basically useless. So I would strongly recommend that you NOT get this phone it works for a while but then it breaks!

I like the phone but it has a few flaws in the design. First, the navigation button in the middle fell off after only few months and AT&T won't cover it under warranty as they said that it's 'abuse' of the phone. The joystick underneath the button is still there, it's just the button is gone. Second, the navigation button when pushed takes you to the internet and if you don't have internet access you are browsing and getting charged for it. The only way to protect against this is to have the phone on auto lock, if you have it password protected you can still dial 911 on accident (I know because this happened to me). Other than those 2 problems we really like the phones functions and capabilities. We recieved it free when we activated a new line, so the price was great!!
