Nokia 6555 and Samsung SGH-E747 now offered with Fido in Canada

The Canadian wireless carrier Fido now offers Nokia 6555 and Samsung SGH-E747. Both devices are quad-band GSM/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and capable of global roaming. The clamshell Nokia has a 1.3-megapixel camera and the Samsung slider offers a 2-megapixel one, both capable of video capturing. We’ve previously gone over the Nokia 6555’s and the E747 has similar qualities but in a slider form factor. Both phones are offered at $75, but with a 3-year agreement.

Samsung SGH-E747

I am in canada and just got the E747 from fido, this phone is amazing, nice and loud comes with a rogers music player. the camera 2.0 really looks like a 5.0mp it is so nice and clear... all the add on features for the camera being able to take cartoon like 2 pictures in one is need, graphics are top notch. the standard ring tones suck but thats what your own are for! this phone is way better then the Nokia. P.S. It has a turntable wheel so you can scroll through your music and the phone!

But hey, do you know how i can put music in my phone? becuase i downloaded the program but hwen i plug in the usb nothing pops up and i'v been told to open My Computer and hten go on the removable devices.. but it seems theres nothig there. did u get music on your phone?
