OS
I have owned and maintained the Samsung I730 since 2006. I love it. The ultimate pda with the exception of not having a camera. I was tempted to get the iI760 but I knew that the only difference in the 760 and the 730 was a worst look and a camera and the wm6 os. I have a digital camera so I could wait on that and as far as the windows operating system, Microsoft has released the software to carriers so it is only a matter of time before it becomes available for upgrade for windows based phones. But the glyde is a different question. It conbines the functions of a finger touch screen (made big by the iphone, and made further wide-spread by the voyager), a camera, and hopefully something that neither the glyde nor the iphone has - a windows based core. In other words, to this day my friends are still blown away by features I have downloaded on my i730 - like an upgraded remote that allows me to control tv's dvd players etc..., customized weather controls, TV, instant messaging - basically any software that comes out for a phone. But from my experience with my duaghters Voyager, it does not have that ugradability like (even though the front screen slide show is neat). But the Voyager will be outdated in a year because it lacks the ability to upgrade like the i760 and i730. Bottomline, the interface looks good, but does it have the windows upgradability like other Samsung PDAs? This will be the determining factor as to whether I purchase this phone as my i730 replacement.

i have the chocolate right now and it is the worst phone in the world for txting. im 13 and im getting more and more into txting. the keys on the chcolate are way too small and they are way to close together! it gets soooo anyong! uuhgg ive read and watched all of the reveiws for this phone and i am really excited about it! my frined just got the voyager and she likes it and all but says the clamshell design gets anoying and that it is really bulky. and i saw a thing on the web a few days ago so i checked it out and ive been in love ever since! i have 2 more months till my 2 yr contract is up but when it ends i am racing down to the verizon store and getting this phone! soo excited!!!
