According to internal information from Microsoft, Motorola and Samsung Electronics have taken over the Windows Mobile-based smartphones market. Here HTC has a 30% share (compared to last years 50%), but when it comes to touch-screen models and PDA's it is still ranked number one. Not for long though, since there is a rumor, that almost everybody, including Motorola, Samsung, LG, Hewlett-Packard, Palm, Asustek, E-Ten and Gigabyte, is planning to set foot on the touch-screen PDA phone market.
