this phone is an okay phone. sometimes it freezes on me. But only once in a while. The only thing i do not like about it is that if you drop it, it cracks! many of my friends have cracked it (not me) and they cant wait to get a new phone. It's an excellent phone. Just not the type for me.

This is a beautiful and elegant phone.However the features arent good at all.It constantly freezes.I spend more time resetting my phone.Sometimes when I send text messages.It only sends numbers.
Right now I am waiting for August to get rid of this sad excuse of a phone.I might just say to heck with the customer loyalty incentive.To get rid of this headache will be well worth it.I expected more from Motorola.

this phone is really cool. it has a lot of useful and great features. its really small, so it doesnt take up a lot of room. i love the touch screen controls on the front for the mp3 player.

but after 1 year and 1month, my phone started acting up. it started freezing and now it is permanently frozen and messed up ( i never dropped it in water or anything like that).

im 15 yrs old and the weird thing is that my dads krzr froze and started working after 3 days, my moms krzr froze and she had to get a new one, and now mine froze and i have to get a new one also. I think its jut a problem that this type of phone has, if the freezing problem happens to many people

ive heard that the moto razr has the same problem also.
therefore , i think this phone is good. just make sure you have insurance incase you expierience this freezing problem. =]

24. use after 3 months!!

i call this thing a peice of SHIT!!
i dropped it a couple times a button came off!!
and im not perfect so yes i will drop things
but now is when i get mad!!
because i was texting and then all the sudden it froze up!
and now the peice of shit freezes up every 30 seconds then looses signal!!
and watever im doing on it i might as well forget about it cuz when that happens it closes out!
i cal it SHIT
and now im going to verizon and tell them to give me another phone because i dont want somthing like this!!
either that or im going to buy a diffrent phone!!
i DO NOT recomend this phone to ANYONE!!!

Well my first cell phones where the LG 8600 and the LG 6190 I love Lg but when I saw this phone it seemed different when I got it has great signal usually at 5 bars but it is the same idea as the Razr only looking better then the RazrI think iit was good investment into a the K1m

its a good phone for verizon but it needs more display options and more costomization
i think you should be able to change the red toolbar color like
the lg8300
and its also quiet and it needs to be a little louder on listening to the sounds and video
but other than that i like my krzr

27. Not So Fast

I posted a review about a week and a half ago saying this phone was a good value for the money. I had the battery issue that I thought was resolved by getting a new battery.

It was resolved for about a week. My phone battery is now dead after about 24 hours of standby time. I am headed to the Verizon store today to return this phone. Less than 30 days and I have to charge it daily with little to no use and a strong signal. I have been through two batteries, obviously there is a defect with this phone.

If you like to charge your battery continously and have your phone die at inconvenient times, then by all means buy this phone. If you do not, I'd look elswhere. It is a shame, I really like the design and style of this phone, if the battery worked I have highly recommend it.

28. Worst Phone

My husband has had this phone for about 6 months and has had nothing but problems. First time it was replaced because he would charge the phone and say it full and go to use it and then it would be dead. The last 4 phones have been turning off by themselves. I WOULD NOT GET THIS PHONE!.

29. Good phone for the money

I had been looking at phones and reading reviews for several weeks before going with the KRAZR. I really wanted an iphone but didn't want to spend the money or switch my service to AT&T. I looked at Verizons iphone killers and was not impressed. I considered the Blackberry Pearl, but in the end opted to go the cost efficent route with the KRAZR.

The phone feels really good in my hand, it has a nice weight without being to heavy. The size is really great, it fits in my pocket very easily. I love the glass front that so many people have complained about. It does smear with fingerprints very easily, but I take great care to keep it clean and don't mind this. I have always kept my iPod in mint condition so doing that with this phone is second nature to me.

I did have a battery problem with mine from the start. I had to charge it every night or it would be dead in the morning. I was averaging 12 minutes of talking, 2 text messages and signal strength was strong. There was no reason for my battery to perform so poorly. After one week of this I went back to the Verizon store and after some hagling finally convinced the tech to give me a new battery. Now my bettery life is good. After charging over night I have 3 cells of battery life left 3 days later. I am happy if my battery will last 5-8 days. It appears to be on track for that.

I bought the Verizon holster to go with the phone and found a problem with it. Everytime I placed the phone in the holster the music player would come on. The holster was cut a little wrong so that the music player/speaker phone button was depressed when ever it was in the holster. I trimmed it back with a razor blade and it is fine now.

I cannot comment on the phones music player function as I do not use it. I own a mac and Verizon has elected to exclude mac users from using the music features on their phones. That's fine, I don't mind carrying my iPod along.

The camera is average. I don't really care about having a high quailty camera in my phone.

Over all I am pleased with this phone, I got it for $20 after rebate. It feels like it is well constructed and is a very nice looking phone. I have enjoyed using it and have had no problems other than the intial bad battery. If you're looking for an afforadable phone and don't care to much about all the little extras, this is a good way to go.

30. Not so good

I had this phone for a month. This phone is no good. The main problem is the charging cover keeps falling off. I took it back to Verizon thinking it was just the one phone all of them are the same. Also i can't hear whenever i'm talking to some one the speaker is not loud enough and it doesn't hold a charge. No wonder it was free,
