This phone is pretty basic, but also pretty reliable. I work for a carrier and we have very little trouble out of this model. Great value for the money, considering it's made by Motorola.

sorry to say but this cell phone is probably the worst thing i have ever gotten. it has to many problems. i wouldn't consider you to get one of these. they are a fire hazard because they over heat and mess the phone up.
