Description:

The VX9100, which will replace the VX9900 enV, has a more streamlined appearance and is slightly thinner, since there is no "camera hump" on the back. The front features a newly designed dialpad with larger buttons than on the enV, as well as replacing the standard 5-way navigational d-pad with more simplistic Up & Down arrow buttons. There still is a small display located at the top. Opening up the VX9100 reveals a better designed QWERTY keypad, along with a standard QVGA display and stereo speakers. Other features include a 2MP Camera, microSD card slot, and microUSB port.

what a piece of crap

I lost my old phone, they do not make the Hint anymore, so they sent this as the replacement.  I seriously had this phone for a day, and the external keypad quit working.  1 day!!!!  I did not drop it or anything like that.

Its going back, and will never get another LG phone. 





Front keypad quit working after a day
Front screen is basically useless.

Liked it at first. It was an awesome basic phone for users looking for good calling and texting, but then one by one, it became the worst phone ever. First came the constant pocket dialing. Camera quality began to get worse. Buttons stopped making click sound and started feeling like they werent being pressed. My front screen broke when i dropped it (my fault on this con) and so i have to open it for EVERYTHING. and worst of all, it turns off when i shut it too fast (and remember that i have to constantly open and close it which makes this very annoying). Wish i had another phone.





Good for Texting
Calling isn't bad
Music player is nice
Breaks easily
Turns off constantly
Pocket dials constantly

Someone else reviewed this phone by saying how much they liked their NV but hate the NV2. I would like to second that.



This thing is so irritating. It calls people for no reason. It locks and unlocks at random.



I didn't get the insurance on the thing, so I've been trying to baby it at all times, to keep it out of harm's way. It's the nicest I've ever had to be to something I hate.





The keyboard is accessible, but comma should be its own key, rather than *symbol* *period*

It calls people at random

The speaker is inconsistent -- sometimes audible, sometimes not, never loud. Overall, you can't seem to get the volume you need out of it.

The battery life is fading. It was 4-5 days at first; now it needs a full charge every night.

The rectangular shape is difficult to pull out of your pocket when it is ringing

You are never quite sure where you're aiming the camera..
