1. Ok in the beginning...

But after having this phone for two years it's getting on my last nerve.
I've had nothing but problems with the battery. During calls it will beep like someone is trying to get ahold of you. You stop the conversation to look, only to find that nobody is ringing you. And it'll do it several times.
Now my charger is beginning to not work.
Thank god it's almost time for an upgrade.

I have had the phone for a couple of weeks, and it has worked great for me. A couple of annoyances, but for the money, it is a good deal.

3. A good phone with two annoying flaws.

I ordered this phone a week after it was offered by
Sprint. It was just what I was looking for. A flip
phone with an internal antenna(there's nothing more
useless than an extendable antenna), speakerphone, and
voice activated dialing. It never dropped a call
except in known dead spots. No problem hearing or
being heard. Despite LG's warning, hand position doesn't interfere with the signal strength. I was able
to dial with one hand fairly well. Decent display,
easy to use menus. It even has a tip calculator. I was
in love.
Then I started noticing things that might sound picky, but I knew I'd never be satisfied with.
1. The backlight stays on continuously whenever the
phone is connected to the charger. Very annoying.
I was told by another owner that this is so even if
the phone is turned off. I was very weary about
leaving the phone connected to the charger
overnight. According to an LG rep, this is what the
carrier specified, and it's common to some LG
models. I find it hard to believe that Sprint
Wireless or LG thinks that's a good idea.
2. If a number that's stored in the phonebook is dialed
manually from the keypad, the phone doesn't
translate the number to the name associate with the
phonebook entry for that number. Again, very
annoying.
3. Should be able to adjust the ringer volume without
opening the flip.
4. After changing the ringer volume level, you either
have to press OK, or wait a second or two before
closing the flip. If not, the old volume setting
will still be in effect.
5. Crappy musical ringtones.
6. Headset performance was questionable. I only used it
once.
I decided to return the phone before 14 day trial was
up.

Have had the phone ~ 3 weeks. Good sound quality, reception, battery life, easy to use, great basic features/accessories for a non-camera phone. Clear ring tones, speaker phone works great - though phone has to be open to use it. Compact design, internal antenna gets just as good reception as any other phone I've had. I'm not a cell phone guru, but do use my cell as my only phone, and as a result require 2 basic things - good reception and sound quality, so far so good with the vi-125.
