There have been reports in various direct and indirect channels that AT&T is recalling LG's Incite smart phone. On the heels of announcing 5 million LG Viewty phones sold, there seems to be a software bug plaguing the newly released Incite. Some consumers have stated that the problem could be related to text messages being unable to be sent. Reports have indicated that LG is recalling all the devices shipped to vendors be returned and await a new shipment with a blue dot on the box. This will indicate that the device has been provided with the upgraded software fix. If you have purchased the Incite, you may return it and then exchange for the newer device once it arrives in all retail channels.
