horrible

My display crashed today. The phone is slow, battery dies soon. Not good for heavy users. Only good for light users.

A good deal

This is a generally good, convient cellphone, I would buy another if I lost it. Could use more freebie ringtones and backgrounds. Some menus are awkard, but the buttons are reliable.
I find the battery charge lasts 3+ days on standby and over a full day of heavy calling, would like more time but this is acceptable. Don't understand the problems some others are having with battery drainage, my experience has been better.

My one complaint is battery life. While standby time is advertized as 8.33 days, I only averaged 12-14 hours, provided I made no calls. Two or three short (1-2 minute)calls and the battery was done.

I contacted Virgin Mobile and they are sending a replacement.
