This is the worst Cricket phone I have ever had! My last two phones were Kyrocera and they worked great! The second one I had for three years and I can't tell you how many times that phone went falling down my driveway, but this phone is a piece of crap! It shuts off when it wants to, if I try to use the scheduler it'll shut down, the piece on the bottom where you charge it and can put headphones in has an annoying flap, it types and opens programs really slow. It is more frustrating then anything! And now to top it off (I've only had this phone for nine months) it won't charge anymore! I've tried a bunch of different outlets and nothing! Horrible phone! Do not buy it!

Me and my friends are gonna have so much fun burning this phone!!

I got the kx13 from revol us.In exchange for my old kyocera cuz it was braken Day by day and my mom had a kx13 and i liked it sence it looked better and seemed better then what i had already.So i traded my old one kx rave in for the kx13 and it was ok for a week. ignoring that the software does really go slow.I didnt mind but when it came to freezing,exspecially in the middle of a call.and on top of that,SHUTTING OFF.I had to find something better.CUz that like something happening and u have to call 911 and ur phone freezes in the middle of the 911 call.bs right!! most people have problems with drop calls mine was different.I Had good signal but not a good phone.Im looking for a new phone.A better phone suck motorola and nokia just so i take my number out this phone and burn it on a roasting open fire with my friends.

Oystr is Awful

We just bought 2 of these and it is ok for a basic prepaid we do not tap out a lot. I like the speakerphone (loud) but the software is really, really slow and our biggest problem is the lithium batteries (850) that does not hold a charge longer than ONE DAY!!!! I kid you not, we are both forced to charge our phones every night, cause the phones are dead if you push it to a day and a half on a charge. Unbelievable that this crap is on the market when there are so many good phones out there. We will be moving on to other models shortly.
