I saw somewhere that the phone had a digital QWERTY keyboard for texting. Is that true or do you have to use that T9 word bs?

Yes, there is a touch-QWERTY keypd that will show on the screen.

you people did not pre order this phone lg dare there is no way in hell u did!!! u might be getting a call back on thurs to order it but its not in the mail as of now!!! i work for the telesales dept!!! in managment that all u need to know.. we are not taking orders no exceptions!!! u will wait for the 26th like veryone else

I thought I saw this thing with QWERTY keyboard. I hope it has it otherwise it's going to suck big time I hate tat T9 garbage. I want this phone now I have been waiting for this phone forever! Did anybody order one recently? Can I call them now or is it late in the day?

it has an accelerometer, so when you rotate the phone sideways, it will display a full qwerty keyboard

ok guys i tried 11 times!!!! no luck!!! they were not very nice!! i told them to go on here and see how many people did get one! they said someone did something the shouldnt have done... i said well than do it one more time for me!!! i have 10 lines with you and they said...... no!!!!! i was even nice the first 8 times!!!

Wow, I ordered mine for $150 after new every two and instant $50 rebate.

My advise is be polite and ask if there is "anyway" you can get it. After 2 minutes of hearing "its not available yet sir" she finally tried to order and surprised herself, now whether she was supposed to until 6/26 thats between her and her supervisor.

As a representative of HOFO let me tell you that it may take dozens of phone calls to get the phone but if you are determined you will succeed. Check the HOFO LG DARE thread for pictures from me and other members who get the phone tomorrow.
