Helio Mysto Review

The Helio Mysto is a mid-range slider phone that sports good looks, as well as numerous features. It joins the Helio line, between the Ocean and Fin, and is for the consumer that is looking for a phone with a slim and stylish design, without the need for a QWERTY keypad, but still wants access to a wide variety of user-friendly applications...

this phone sucks. i swear to god it called people back repeatedly costing me many awkward moments. this is a piece of ***. the battery was ok but not worth the 100 bucks i paid for it. it was really slim but the keypad is kind of scrunched. i was made to buy a micro sd card that was f**ked up within the first week and they could not fix it. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! this is a bad purchase. i took the phone and threw it against my wall and it is broken. i have yet to wait for my crappy contract to be over.

slim
calls people back unexpectedly, cramped keypad, micro sd card broken with weeks and more...

2. Very disappointed . . .

Had this phone since May. It's now September and the phone has spent as much time in for repair as in use.

The battery is non functional. A full charge won't last more than about 6 hours with the power OFF.

Every time I take it in for repairs (4 times now) I'm told it's performing to "spec"

Only buy this phone if you don't mind that you have to leave it plugged in to AC power all the time. You DO have AC power in your car, right?

I ended up going and buying a pay as you go phone for about  $100 and it's 10 times the phone this useless piece of junk is. . . .

OK design
NO BATTERY LIFE! NONE!

This Phone is a GREAT value and is HIGHLY recommended. I received the due to the breakage of my Ocean and I've had it for a Month and it's honestly the BEST slider phone I've ever seen and used. I've had 4 sliders and 3 flip phones and 2 Keypad phones and this is by far one of my favorites.
