HTC Touch Diamond2 now on some retailers shelves overseas

If you are interested in buying the Touch Diamond2 now to prove to your friends how important you are, there are two things you will need in abundance: patience and money. You'll need the former because finding a store or web site with the model still available might be tough now that the news is out. Some retailers had as few as 10 units ready to be sold. The latter is also necessary, with the phone leaving the stores at a price in the neighborhood of nearly $700. With Verizon adding the original Touch Diamond to its line-up last week, we guess we'll see at least one U.S. carrier import a version of the Diamond2 to the States, to be offered with a subsidized contract price before the end of the year.
