HTC is preparing the P5500 Nike as a 3G multimedia phone in slider design. It doesn’t have a side-sliding keyboard like the TyTN and a few other HTC model, but standard vertical slider with numeric keypad, making it HTC’s first. This is a Pocket PC, running on WM 6 Professional with 400MHz Samsung processor and 128MB ROM/64MB RAM. Quad-band GSM with 3G HSDPA (there is no information on the supported bands) it has camera for video calling on the front and main 3-megapixel unit for taking of pictures. P5500 Nike has 2.6 inches touch-sensitive display, Bluetooth 2.0 and supports both GPS and WiFi 802.11b/g, as well as FM tuner, which puts it in the class of the P3300 and the X500, but this one is 3G-capable.
