HTC Imagio gets video-previewed in detail

Verizon has recently announced the Windows Mobile 6.5-powered HTC Imagio and as we all know, this is going to be a rather powerful business- and multimedia-centric device. What we came across today is a quite detailed video preview that gives a good idea of what Verizon users may expect to find when they unbox their new phone later this month. Just to show how big the HTC Imagio is, the reviewer compares it to a RIM BlackBerry Storm. Then, she walks us through the main interface elements and as far as we can see, the Qualcomm 528MHz processor still does a decent job of running the software smoothly. Finally, the package content gets revealed, hinting at the handset’s global roaming capabilities. We won’t waste any more time in retelling the story. Check it out for yourselves in the video below and stay tuned for our review of the device soon!

Thank you, Patrick!

Wow, is it possible to get anyone less tech savvy then her.

"What she just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

I actually have to wonder about the thought process of somebody who actually quotes an Adam Sandler movie to try to make a point.

If you really wanted to be all "high and mighty" like you try to appear, you would have used "than" instead of "then" and "she" instead of "her"

....lech tech savvy THAN SHE.

I actually have to wonder about the thought process of somebody who actually comes to a tech site and has nothing technical to say. I also have to wonder about someone who obviously knows where my quote came from(instantly I might add) but, yet can criticize me for using it, maybe your mad I beat you to it. Oh and you should probably try and type your sentences correct the first time so you don't have to make to post to correct yourself. That is if you want to be all "High and Mighty".

65,536 colors? Yet another multimedia fail... Trying to figure out why more phone companies aren't making more phones with over 16 million colors. If a phone really wants to compete with the iPhone as far as multimedia is concerned it needs to step it's screen game up. HTC is a great company and they've done the best they could with the shoddy materials at hand (namely the antiquated Windows Mobile OS). Making big, iPhone-comparable screens is nice, but with only 65,000 colors you aren't even on the same playing field.

yeah thats gonna be a hell of a multimedia phone when its only color capabilities are 65 000 colors.......FAILURE!!!!!!!!!

isn't that the level on the lowest end phones?
