Garmin-Asus to roll out an Android phone Q1 2010

advertisment:
The word has it that Garmin-Asus also has plans to roll out an Android-powered smartphone. PCWorld informs that the manufacturer made the announcement at a press-conference in Taipei, Taiwan this Tuesday. Although the price has not been revealed, Garmin-Asus obviously intends to bring out the Android device no later than the first quarter of 2010. It is really interesting to see if there will be a personalized interface for Android, or just the standard appearance of the operating system. To us, the coolest thing would be if the manufacturer integrates its own interface, used in the nuvifone G60 (which is expected Q2 2009) with Google’s OS.
