Description:

LG Glimmer is a Shine-like slider in design, but replaces the display and navigation keys with larger 2.8" 240x400-pixels touchscreen. It slides open to reveal standard numeric keypad, for dialing a number or text input. Glimmer is CDMA/EV-DO phone with 2-megapixel camera, microSD and Stereo Bluetooth.

WoW! I got this phone two days ago when i upgraded my crappy kyocera E2000 tempo. I was sceptical when i read the reviews about this phone about how u cant use mp3s as ringtones. HOWEVER.....That only goes for alltell/verizon customers. US cellular offers that feature which i am proud to say is great. I dont need bitpim or anything...just a usb cord and my computer.

This is a hefty, sturdy phone. I feel like I can drop it a million times and still make a phone call with the touch screen.

This phone is pirced well and sleek. a lot of stop and gaze at it in the street. I didnt expect all the features it comes with. 1 hour video with recording light and flash for camera that has 2 megapixels, watch videos such as mp4s, listen to mp3s while browsing, bluetooth, voice recorder, physical buttons options slides out, unit converter, and of course the touchscreen.

this phone is the shit. and priced to sell.

Pros

2 megapixel camera with 1 our video recorder and flash/recording light, touchscreen, sturdy and hefty, mp3s as ringtones (us cell cust.), music player, video media player, bluetooth, physical number button that slide out, good speaker, nice sleek sexy phone

Cons

smudgy screen, get use to touchscreen, no physical scrolling option to make navigation easier

ive had this phone for about a month now and i love it! compared to the other phones ive had the camera works great! i actually find the keypad very handy because for me id rather text with that over touching the screen fro every letter. at first i didnt think i would like the touch screen because it was hard to touch but i re-calibrated mine and now it is soo much easier! so far the only thing that bothers me is when it doesnt respond right away but otherwise i can truly say i love it!!

great phone

so I have had this phone for a few days now and for the most part I love it. the touch screen is awsome, I don't how I will turn back to a normal phone again. I love the big screen too. I like the build in music player also I wish you could use the down loaded song that I transfered from my PC for my ring tones. Its hard getting use to texting for me on this phone but I am sure I'll to use to it. I really don't have a problem with not hearing the ring????? I did notice that the phone gets really hot if your not to long. :( All in all I really like this phone.
