The FCC pages show that VK Mobile phones are getting approved for America. Both VK2010 and VK2020 scored FCC approvals and now can be sold in the US, but unfortunately FCC approves the European versions of the phones, which lack the 850MHz band, supported by tri-band GSM versions in US. The two devices 2010 and 2020 feature 262k color displays and lots of NAND flash memory to store music. What draws the attention in these handsets is their thickness - 0.35, which is a way better than the 0.5 for V3 RAZR and 0.6 for the A900 Blade.
VK2010 main specifications are:
- GSM 900/1800/1900 or 850/1800/1900 MHz; GPRS
- 160x128 pixels, 262k color OLED display in landscape mode
- 0.5 or 1GB of NAND flash memory
- Music player
- 3.5 x 2 x 0.35 (90 x 50 x 8.8 mm)
