Eten have combined the functionality of its previous phones into the X500: although it doesn't have the internal memory the M600+ did, the X500 combines the GPS from G500 with the Wi-Fi from the M600 and all the standard features like megapixel camera and QVGA touch display, into device powered by Windows Mobile Operating System for Pocket PC Phones.
X500 Specifications:
- Windows Mobile 5 for PPC
- 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, Samsung 2442 400MHz Processor
- Quad-band GSM, GPRS/EDGE
- Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, GPS via SirfStarIII chip
- QVGA Display, 2-megapixel camera
- microSD slot for memory

It seems that the main drawbacks of the device would still be the lack of 3G frequencies (UMTS) and the downgrade from SD to microSD slot for memory.
