People stop whining about the price of the Touch Pro! Just do what i did and call CS and ask them to talk to a supervisor. I asked them why they were charging $519.99 when i could get the same phone from Sprints for $349.99. I told them i wanted the same price as the Sprint version seeing as how they are identical. I ended getting the phone for $349.99 and i was still able to use my advanced data credit, Ne2 and i got the $50 rebate of instantly. In end it was $99.99 for the phone. Not bad i would say.

The key is to tell them what you want, why you want it and how much your gonna pay and for the love of god make sure you have your facts in order. What i mean is having both sprints web page and verizons opened on your computer with the pricing. This way when they ask you can say hey ive got the pricing right here and hopefully if your calm and direct you will get the results you wanted. If not you can always switch to a different carrier.
