ETEN M600 Review
In its sophomore M
series release, E-TEN has opted to run the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system
utilizing 64MB RAM and 128 ROM. Windows Mobile 5.0 incorporates Wi-Fi
connectivity, permanent memory storage, and an SDIO compatible interface.
Pairing this with a speedy 400MHz processor capable of running Skype Telephony
service and a vibrant display, E-TEN definitely is on the track to success. This
latest rendition supports GSM quad-band (850/900/1800/1900
MHz.)

E-TEN Information Systems Co., a Taiwan based company, has launched two top of the line Pocket PC Phones this past year. The first being the M500 in Q1 2005 and now with the recent launch of the M600. They are making every effort to make a name for themselves in the US market, and if they continue on this path and add more local distributors they may be a future competitor in the Americas Pocket PC Market.
