HTC has been continuously non-stop when it comes to their fledging support for Android the last few months. Here in the US, we've been treated to the likes of the G1, myTouch 3G, and the soon-to-be Hero. Over across the big pond though, HTC is planning on launching the Tattoo for Vodafone with a date set some time for October. Granted it might not be their most expensive or best looking phone to date, but it's focus will be geared towards the budget category – while still packing the much loved Sense UI already featured on the Hero. Two exciting pieces of information pops up on the UK's HTC Tattoo specs page – the inclusion of Android 1.6 (Donut) and built-in FM Radio. The first part may be more appealing than the second because it'll available from day one, while all other devices will probably wait for the update to be pushed out through their perspective wireless carrier. With September already winding down and October knocking on our doors, we know release day will be here in no time.
