No features, no web, no camera, way too much money. Why waste my time? I had one and returned it within a day to t-mobile. Now I have a Slide and it is Wonderful.

Have it and...ok

I bought the Tmobile Sidekick ID in June and I had no problems with it in the beginning. I liked how the full AIM buddy list loaded and the messaging was great. I don;t like however how there is no camera bluetooth and other important features such as 3G. TMOBILE IS LACKING COMPARED TO OTHER WIRELESS COMPANIES! The service is so-so and could be much improved. I got the phone pre paid and was forced to pay 250 bucks and an extra 20 fir a blue bumper pack. Def. not worth the cash and the monthly fee of 25 dollars for 25 days. I like it but you get nothing for how much you pay.
