FCC just revealed information about version of the HTC Tornado which should be heading to Cingular. The phone lacks music-dedicated keys of the other versions, and looks as the earlier leaked Cingular 2100 device. Neither the manual of the device nor the images of it show any evidence of Wi-Fi, which means that the final device shouldn't have it, which confirms the rumors.
The manual of the device confirms that it is quad-band GSM/GPRS phone with 1.3-megapixel CMOS camera, operating on Smartphone version of the Windows Mobile OS. It is powered by TI OMAP 850 processor at 200MHz, 64MB of ROM and 64MB of RAM memory, and 1150MAH Li-Ion battery.
