Asus has formally announced the rumored P565 smartphone, and with its 800 MHz processor, it certainly packs a punch. At first glance, the device seems to be standard, containing a 2.8 inch VGA screen, 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 2100 MHz support for HSDPA in Europe. The 800 MHz processor is the distinguishing feature, however, as Asus claims that its Vsbenchmark scores are almost twice that of competing products in its class. Much like the other touchscreen devices on the market, the unit lacks a physical keyboard, instead opting for Asus' unique Glide Interface.

because a bigger and screen AND a faster processor would put this device on the hefty price tag list... i totally wish they would put a bigger screen on it, and bring it to the us... but hey, theres always something bigger and better just around the corner...

I also bet that there are finger "swiping" moves that require that bottom part of the screen to operate, similar to the original HTC Touch.

fast processor but the faster ur processor the more battery going to be drain so its not even worth it.example iphone 667mhz, touch diamond 528mhz,touch pro 528 mhz , all have very good processors but bad battery life.
