АT&T Palm Centro now in Black
News iconPublished on: 04 April, 2008 by PhoneArena Team
It seems that the Centro is a great success for Palm as more than a million units (of all its variants) have been sold since the release. Although not as pretty as HTC’s Touch, this cheap smartphone offers a lot for its price: a touch display, a QWERTY, Palm’s OS and a neat design.
Of course, AT&T wants to sell as much as possible also and to increase the interest, released the Obsidian Black variant in addition to the Glacier White. The price remains the same, at $99.99 after mail-in rebate and signing a new contract. In contrast to Sprint’s version (which is also available in Pink), the AT&T phone is a GSM and trades the 3G for world-roaming.
