S700i: screen troubles, need hlp pls.

Ok so heres the deal, the other night i accidentally sat on my s700i, cracking and therefore destroying the screen in the process.
The phone still works, can make and recieve calls. However i cant see a thing on the screen.

What i need help with is transfering my phone numbers from the phones memory to the sim memory so I can use a temp phone while i get the s700i repaired and still have al my numbers.

Could ne 1 out there possible write me a mud map of what keys to press in what order starting from the main screen(wallpaper showing) so that i can transfer the numbers from the phone memory to the sim memory.

Any and all help would be extremly appreciated.
