It has nice display, MP3 playback, MEMORY slot (not as in K700 ), Bluetooth, 2-megapixel camera with autofocus that produces pretty nice images for a cellphone ... Get it

And Welcome to Phonearena

Angry K750I big problem

My new Sony Ericsson K750I will not download its address book and numbers into the on board bluetooth compatible computer in my new Lexus GS300, or any other similar new luxury car. The K750 has OPP Ver 1.2 and the car is 1.1. The car is also HFP Ver 1.0.
Lexus say the phone manufacturers should keep the phones compatible with the industry standard used for the cars, 1.1, their on board computers can not be updated. I just know I am now stuck with a problem. I do not want to buy old technology with a K700, which would work.
Also we can not use the disc which came with the K750 on our PC to transfer contact name data because we have outlook express and the phone is set up for Outlook, which we don't have.
I like the phone, but this is a big headache for new car buyers. Maybe it is only an Australian problem.
Any help anyone?
