sph a660 problems.

i am having problems with my samsung sph a660. i have a data transfer usb cable for the phone but when i connect it to the phone, it goes off and wont come back on unless I remove the battery and put it back in. what could this problem be? can anyone help?

I' am having the same problem. Were you ever able to fix it.
