Help with Datapilot 3.10

I just purchased Datapilot 3.10.1 and then found out that you are limited to 8 phones. The software logs the serial numbers to 8 different phones and then you are not able to use any other phones with the software. Does anyone know any work arounds for this problem or do I just need to return the software while I am able to. I like the software so far but I am just limited and I am trying to program 75 phones for my office.

Datapilot is Pathetic

Hi,

If anyone reads this, let is be known that Susteen and the Datapilot product is pathetic. I've been working with this piece of sh** for almost a year now, and a person can get it to work it is a miracle.

Their customer support phone number should be disconnected, as it doesn't serve any purpose. I left three messages and never got a return call, and when I finally got to talk to someone, they couldn't help me. They took my name and number and said that their supervisor would call me back....that was three weeks ago, and still no call. They should all be fired and their number disconnected.

Their website offers some info, but it is extremely outdated and is very poorly organized. If you have the most recent version of their software, v5.2, you won't find any help there. In fact, their webpage only has help up to v3.8 or so.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY!!!! I'm using this, or rather trying to use it, to transfer address books from one corporate cell phone to another, and I can get it to work after much wrangling.
