need help

i just got my f500i and it wont let me send or open pics that my mates have sent,when i try to send a pic it say queued and it never sends,and when i try to look at pics my mates have sent it says communication error please try again.so PLEASE help

It sounds as firmware problem to me. Did you get the phone unlocked ? You can try preinstalling the firmware with the one from Sony Ericsson K500 if you use the phone sim-free.
