Hybrid SIM Cards

Do the hybrid phones use the same SIM card as a nextel phone? If not, what's the difference?

I know that there both 128k so i think a new 128k sim will work in either as long as its activated properly. you cant take an active iden sim and shove it into a hybrid phone thats for sure
