I find cool software - wapwebcam.

This software provide access to you pc webcam via mobile phgone (wap) and html also support uplodad on ftp.

I'm install this...make settings(login and password)...then i tipe in mobile browser (phohe T610) my IP (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), enter login and password and all works...cool, image from webcam on my mobile phone.

Also this software support upload on ftp, if you ip is not external but i don't try this, becouse i have external ip

You mobile phone support Wap- It's all...This software request only wap support, image can be color or b&w.
