sharp gx 25 and handset manager

sorry to bother you
but im having problems getting the phone and pc talking to each other via bluetooth

i want to use the program that came with the phone handset manager i go down to pc software and one i open that on the phone its asking me if i want to deactivate bluetooth
i wonder if either im doing something wrong or my belking usb bluetooth adaptor is not any good for this phone
any help will be great

Having the exact problem thing of getting a usb cable just looking for one now can connect to internet ok via blouetooth ok
