When will they release Motorola a630?

According to the company Cingular would be the exclusive carriers for this phone's launch, yet no one at Cingular knows whats going on withi it and T-Mobile just released it on their network for $299.00

Anyone know when it will be offered by Cingular/AT&T Wireless?
