No "T-Zones" ?

I have been setting-up my new Motorola Razr V3 phone. I have T-Mobile "To Go" service. I don't have "T Zones" on my phone. This means that I don't have the following: My Account Balance, Web & Applications, Games & Applications, Bookmarks, etc. The T-Mobile dealer who activated and unlocked my phone and sold me the SIMS card is no longer available to help. I have contacted T-Mobile but got no response. Why aren't I getting "T-Zones"? Also, when choosing ringtones, there is no "T Mobile Jingle" yet the "Hello Moto Jingle" appears. Any advice?
