you also need an antenna that would be capable of TX/RX on the 850 GSM band

How To Make My V80 Work On The 850 Band?

I know there is a way to make my motorola v80 triband work on the 850 band, can anyone help me, or am I just wasting my time? Thanks for your help.

This is hardware issue, you can't correct it with software

So just to be clear if I install the corresponding software, it will still not work do to the lack of the antenna? Thanks for your help
