Question AMR Question
I used software called MIKSOFT Mobile AMR Converter to convert wave to AMR... and my question: is there any way to make better quality AMR files, because the quality for AMR files is very bad

AMR is very compressed format, no matter what program converts wav into amr

Adaptive Multi-Rate (AMR) and its mainly used as a standard for MMS voice recordings.
