new contract question

I was on a 2 year contract but it ran out and now I'm thinking of signing a new one and I'm not sure if I'll still have the 30 days trial that you get when getting a contract started.
What do u think.? Thanks.

you still get the 30 days to back out of the agreement

but is it only if you get a new phone along with the plan or does not matter .. ?
