Hands down ... HERMES ! QVGA, Better QWERTY, HSDPA, Video Calling ... What more? It's better in every single feature!

I'm sending back my HW6925. Cingular locks the GPS, unless you pay the monthly fee for TeleNav : (

Navigation software is relatively cheap these days (as little as $40). No reason to pay $5.99 or $9.99 per month.
