Sharp GX32 MMS setting W/T-mobile

Hi! I have an unlocked Sharp GX32 with T-mobile service. I have set-up the handset accordingly for the MMS setting to the best of my knowledge but I'm still unable to send any picture messaging at this time. When I try to send a picture message the handset is transmitting the signal out but when I check the "oubox" it tells me it has not been sent. Can someone help me out? Any special set-up I need to do on this handset??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank You!!!

Thank you Luccas! I didn't have the "/" by the "servlets/mms". Although I don't know where the setting are for the "Session Mode: Permanent" and "Authentication Type: Normal" it's working fine! Again thank you for your response to my help ad! Let me know if I can be of any assistance to you. I'm fairly familiar with Vodafone system or the Japanese W-CDMA format.

Aloha!
