Is it Possible to activate VZW LG VX4400 on U.S. Cellular?

Is it possible to activate and use Verizon phone on US cellular?

Yes but us cellular policy will not allow it. Both phone are cdma and if you know the lock code it would be possible.

you have to make sure the firmware is changed can be done with Motorola tools

yes and no

yes it is "technically" possible since both carriers use cdma technolgy handsets. NO they won't do it because it's against policy but also, they do not share the same operating technology (how the phone is recognized by that carriers system.) Just because a phone operates on the same frequency does not mean it can be recognized by that companies system. This is a big reason why congress backed off on the idea that any phone must be allowed by any carrier... to many cost, legal and other issues.
