Nokia 6620 on ebay - legit?

I've seen a couple of Nokia 6620 on ebay. One is this:

Do you think it is a legit or someone just posted a picture taken from trade show?

How do u know that this is a pic from trade show???
If in fact it is from a trade show I would not bid on this phone. I would feel much safer if I see home pic of the phone.
